My name is Shanie Crosbie, and I’m a professional freelance makeup artist. I’ve been in the beauty industry for well over a decade. My makeup artistry experience is broad and consists of beautifying brides and bridal parties, boudoir sessions, fine-tuning makeup for headshots, creating timeless looks for special occasions, film, and editorial work, and teaching makeup lessons. I’m passionate about skincare and the health of the skin; that’s why I’ve obtained my aesthetics license as well. I have learned the best makeup techniques and skincare practices. I pride myself on educating my clients and I feel that this is very important for reaching an individual’s beauty success. I work on location, primarily in Santa Barbara, and California’s central coast, but I am open to travel.
